Boater Safety Classes
The first Boater Safety Class for this spring has reached its maximum registration, so another class has been scheduled for:
Tuesday, June 10th and Thursday, June 12th
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Alpine Township Center
5255 Alpine Avenue NW
Comstock Park
Students must be 12 years of age or older and must attend both sessions to receive certification. There is no fee for the class, but class size is limited. Early registration is encouraged.

2008 Soccer Programs
Irene Kamphuis, who was in charge of the Township's very successful soccer program some years ago, has agreed to head up our soccer program this year. One of the different and exciting things she would like to try is an adult recreational soccer league in addition to the youth program. We are considering summer soccer leagues for both youth and adults - starting in July. Please call Liz at 784-1262 if interested. More details will follow.
Alpine Township Summer Softball
Alpine offers 3 nicely groomed softball fields at one location (corner of Alpine Church Road and Baumhoff)
Cost is $300.00 for a 10 game schedule.
- This cost includes umpires and one new ball per game (two for coed).
- There is an additional $8.00 non-residence fee per player if you do not live in Alpine Township.
The league will begin on May 19th.
- Monday - Coed
- Tuesday - Men
- Thursday - Men
If there is enough interest one of the designated nights for men could be double-headers.
A $100.00 deposit will guarantee a spot for the summer season!
