The Alpine Twp. Board & Staff thank the citizens of Alpine Twp. for their support of the Fire Millage. As the Township has grown and changed, the Fire Dept. has been there to respond. This millage will allow for the continued development of our highly regarded Fire Dept. and staff to ensure the best response and care of our citizens. The new Fire Station and community center will benefit everyone. Once again THANK YOU and stay tuned for building developments.
We Are Selling Surplus Items
Alpine Township is selling surplus items from it's 1100 Henze location. All items have to be removed from this location before construction can begin on the new Fire Station. The dates are January 10th, 20th, and 21st, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. till 3:30 p.m. Children's chairs, toys, arts and crafts, musical equipment, shelves, and much more.

Storage Building for Sale
Alpine Township is selling the storage building that is currently at 1100 Henze NW. It is 16 feet wide and 20 feet deep. It has a 8 foot overhead door, and a 32' side door. Building is being sold as is. If sold, the buyer has until February 26, 2021 to remove the building. All inquiries and offers should be made to Greg Madura, at the Township offices. 784-1262.
Alpine Twp. Encourages Residents to do Business Remotely
For the continued health & safety of residents & staff, all busines is encouraged to be conducted remotely. Staff can be reached by phone or email. If your business needs to be conducted in person, please call 784-1262 to make an appointment. The WEST doors of the office will be opened for appointments only. There is a drop box in front of the WEST doors to deliver payments, sewer bills, tax bills or coorespondence. Thank you for your support and patience.

. The plan, completed in 2018 by McGraw Consulting Group, analyses the current staffing, education, EMS operations, apparatus, stations and budget. It then makes recommendations on all of those same items for the future.
Alpine Township has its own share of attractions, most notably its numerous Farm Markets. The most notable restaurant is Amore Trattoria Italiana, winner of numerous culinary awards over the past few years.
Perrin Brewery and Taproom is another award winning facility in the Township. Fricano's Pizza once again has been voted best pizza in Michigan and attracts customers from all over.
Located just four miles north of downtown Grand Rapids, Alpine Township is still primarily a rural community. Perhaps that explains the warmth and friendliness that extends all the way to the Township Hall.
